Joe Lazaro Wetsuit Challenge

Carpinteria Morning Rotary Club member Joe Lazaro has agreed to don a speedo and wetsuit and participate in the 2012 Relay for Life Paddle Out if the Morning Rotary Club receives $2,000 in donations for the American Cancer Society.
