About Neal
Neal Bartlett grew up in Simi Valley and received his B.S., cum laude, from California Lutheran University. Neal worked in the banking and mortgage industry for twelve years as a manager, and later vice president, in Remittance Processing at a Fortune 500 mortgage company.
Neal received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of the Oregon Law Review. He also organized a symposium for the law review honoring the sesquicentennial of the Oregon State Constitution; and interned for the Hon. Charles D. Carlson at the Lane County Circuit Court as well as the Douglas County District Attorney’s office, where he handled jury trials as a student prosecutor. In 2009, Neal opened a law firm in Carpinteria, where his family has lived since 1940.
Neal assists clients with estate planning, probate, forming new business entities, counseling existing businesses, debt collection for businesses, and foreclosure-eviction defense.
